Hi, I’m Caitlin, a senior visual designer.
As a well-rounded designer and systems thinker, I turn brand decisions into scalable, durable design systems—because choosing teal or chartreuse to represent your company means nothing if you can’t implement it across every touchpoint with clarity and consistency.
My work spans print, digital, and UI/UX across both lean creative teams and large, cross-functional organizations.
I’m currently working as a contract designer with Gather. I graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a degree in Graphic Design and Spanish. ¡Si, hablo espanol, tambien!

What makes it all worthwhile.
Talking about Death
In 2021, my late husband was diagnosed with Glioblastoma—terminal brain cancer. Serving as his primary caregiver and advocate reshaped my perspective on presence, clear communication, and dignity. That experience deepened my commitment to compassionate, end-of-life support; you can learn more about his story at andrewmacseamus.com.
Yoga
I began practicing yoga in 2011. After nine years of dedicated asana flow, I registered with Boston Yoga School to obtain my 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certification at O Yoga. In my life, yoga is far more than a physical practice, and more of an ethical discipline. My goal is to share the wonder of linking breath to movement with the general public.
Rock Climbing
Trust, confidence, and judgment—these are the practical skills I rely on every time I get onto the rock. I’ve been climbing since 2019, and I learn something about myself on every pitch. The lessons carry straight into my work: stay calm under pressure, communicate, and make good choices. On every climb I ask myself, “What are we optimizing for?” It’s also how I start every project.
I believe in executive decisions of happiness.
